Compared to Starting From Zero
Designing an IT brochure manually requires four hours plus testing. Font embedding issues and incorrect bleed setup surface only at the printer.
This file supplies editable text replaceable images color swatches and linked images already set. Direct mail campaign files must match postal specifications exactly.
Many designers set up brochures in RGB because it looks correct on screen. When that file reaches an offset press the printer converts the colors automatically - and the result often shifts noticeably especially in darker tones. This file uses CMYK values calibrated for print output which removes one of the most common sources of color mismatch between screen preview and final print run.
CMYK only. No RGB conversion needed.

Which software versions are needed?
Adobe Illustrator requires CC 2018 or newer. InDesign works from CS6 onward. Microsoft Word needs 2016 or later. The .ait file opens only in Illustrator. The .indt file opens only in InDesign. The .dotx file opens in any recent Word version. All files remain fully editable with these minimum versions.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the file does not open in the stated software versions. The request must include proof of compatibility issue. No refund is issued after file download and successful opening. Digital products cannot be returned once used. Contact support with the order number to start the process.
Is the file print-ready?
Yes the file ships in CMYK at 300 DPI with 3mm bleed and trim guides in every format. No extra setup is required before sending to a commercial printer. Offset printing and digital printing both accept the exported PDF/X-1a directly. Resolution stays crisp without upscaling. Bleed and trim remain visible in all preview modes.
What does the license allow?
The license covers unlimited commercial client projects and print runs. You may edit and deliver printed brochures to clients. Resale of the original file or its templates is prohibited. End clients receive only the final printed piece or flattened PDF. No redistribution of the source files is permitted.
How do I change the colors?
In Illustrator or InDesign open the Swatches panel and select any color object. Replace it with a new CMYK value or drag a new swatch. In the Word version select text or shape then use the Font Color tool or Shape Fill. Linked images stay independent so color changes do not affect photos. All changes update across panels instantly because of the grid alignment.
What file formats are included and what are they used for?
The .ait file is for Illustrator users who need vector precision. The .indt file serves InDesign users focused on text flow. The .dotx file works for Word users who prefer simple editing. The .jpg file provides a quick preview before purchase. All formats contain identical panel composition and print specs.
